A Breath Before the Beginning
I didn’t plan to start this blog.
I just kept feeling I have to,
in dreams, in music, in the quiet moments between survival and creation.
I felt I needed to: share the breath beneath the noise.
This space isn’t polished.
It won’t always be tidy or teachable.
It’s where I come barefoot, with sand still clinging to my skin,
to speak from the raw center of my soul.
You’ll find fragments here—
of memory, prayers, longing, and light.
Sometimes a dream.
Sometimes a song lyric that won’t let go.
Sometimes just silence.
I call it my Soul Journal because it’s not a blog.
It’s a threshold. A journal.
A place to pause, reflect, and remember what matters
before the world pulls us back into its noise.
If you’ve ever felt like you were born remembering something you couldn’t name—
you might feel at home here.
---
Before you go:
Take a breath.
Write down one thing you’re releasing this week.
Fold it. Burn it. Bury it.
Or just let it go.
Thank you for being here.
The music is coming.
And so is the next breath.
